Sales and Marketing Director

StylHaus, New York’s boutique home staging company, seeks a Sales and Marketing Director to develop, manage and build its client base and sales and marketing program.

We seek an ambitious, organized and highly skilled salesperson and manager with 5+ years of business development experience in the New York City real estate and/or staging market  with a proven track record to develop the Company’s brand, create and execute on its marketing strategy and build upon its existing client base of real estate brokers, developers and management companies, all within the parameters of the Company’s Core Values.  Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems are required. 

This person will also be responsible for meeting revenue targets, establishing relationships with strategic partners, assisting in developing new lines of business, and representing the Company at trade associations, networking groups and special events.

He or she must thrive in a business start-up environment and truly enjoy wearing a multitude of hats as part of a small and tightly knit team and possess an innate and positive flexibility during a period of swift expansion.

StylHaus, New York’s boutique home staging and interior design company, seeks an established interior designer to partner with the StylHaus design team to service its interior design clientele.

We seek a designer with an established client base to whom StylHaus can refer its interior design projects and with the experience to provide design services from the inception of a project to its conclusion.

The candidate must have a keen eye for contemporary design with a finger on the pulse of industry trends; be able to create design concepts for presentation to clients; be well versed in sourcing furniture, materials and finishes within varied budgets; be comfortable with engaging in both high-end and cost-sensitive design solutions as well as incorporating furnishings and materials sourced from high-end trade showrooms to online wholesalers and retailers.

The candidate must be organized and highly motivated, able to meet budgets and timelines and be very comfortable working independently.

The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in interior design, architecture or a related discipline, 3+ years of relevant design experience, an in-depth knowledge of furniture systems and finishes and a well-established  network of showroom, trade, wholesale and retail sources.

NCIDQ accreditation is required, AutoCAD proficiency and LEED accreditation are pluses.
